You guessed right, she’s the creative director of DYDY SHOES. She bagged the skill of shoe making while rounding up an extra year in school (talk about making the most of that situation, good or bad).
Omowunmi is equally a civil servant with the Ministry of Environment and a volunteer for REES AFRICA. REES (Renewable Energy & Environmental Sustainability) for Africa Initiative is a youth led nonprofit organization positioned to enable energy access in rural and marginalized areas as well as promote environmental sustainability as a lifestyle and a business process across all target audience. She manufactures footwear for both the male and female gender.
